Wonkiest app ever. More "Failed to load" notices than any app I've ever used. Logging in is a nightmare. It's made me change my password maybe a dozen times for unknown reasons. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. Very aggravating. I've collected well over $100 worth of gift cards, still BARELY worth the trouble. It's ridiculously faulty.

This app has gotten consistently worse since I joined the program. It used to work seamlessly. Now, everything I click on in the app takes forever and a day to load. I can't even update my profile because it just won't load. Sometimes it takes a full minute for a survey to load. And before I get a generic tech support reply, yes the app is up to date and yes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. It is still unbelievably slow.

I've had this app for over a year now and at first it was great. I would do the weekly tasks and some of the tasks that randomly popped up. They had an issue with gift cards sending and that finally was fixed but now I was logged out and can't log back in due to "technical issue". I can still use it if I manage to catch an email about a survey but that's annoying.
